Is sitting ok for modified bed rest?

I’ve funneled to the stitch at 19 weeks (I had preventative at 12weeks), and neither my OB or MFM will recommend bed rest and they’re not clear about what modified bed rest should look like. I’m a therapist and see 5 clients 4 days a week, so I’d be sitting 50 min at a time, and I’m wondering if sitting that much is ok or if I should reduce my case load even more. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you

18+3 and funneled to the stitch.

I’m kind of at a loss here and finding it difficult to find hope. I’ve had previous losses at 16+5 and 17+6 dt IC (they didn’t know it was IC until the second loss). So this pregnancy I had a preventative cerclage placed at 12 weeks, and they were monitoring me weekly per my request. At 17+3 my cervix was 4.7cm and closed and yesterday at my TVU I had funneled all the way to the stitch at 1.3cm. They said that this confirms that I truly have IC. They didn’t have much for me to do, but wait in see if the stitch holds. I’m already taking vaginal progesterone and have been since my positive pregnancy test. They’re checking me again on Monday to see if there is any change and then again on Friday to see if we need to discuss revisions.
I’m just taking it easy until Monday. I have a mainly sedentary job, so I’m wondering if I’ll still be able to go to work. I asked about bed rest and they said no. I’m just wondering if any one has success stories with cases similar to mine. I just can’t imagine having to go through a loss a 3rd time and I’m looking for some hope.
