LITERALLY Unbelievably BAD

from the second, you engage with frontier to the end of the flight… it’s just one horrible experience after another. After getting asked 100 questions about upgrades and then getting hundreds of emails ( i’ve been specially selected be allowed to bid on an upgrade W T F) about more upgrades that I haven’t paid for and will never then I their APP to check in and it tells me it doesn’t have an Internet connection despite the fact that I’m writing this at the exact same time and using every other app on my phone. It says if some how badly can we frustrate the population and still extract money from them.

I assume they want to sell my Wi-Fi credentials for a few cents. I’ve never seen such a money sucking operation in my life.
