Bid time wasters

What’s the biggest time-waster in your bid process right now?

Reading full RFPs too early?
Pricing something that was never winnable?
Chasing opportunities with unclear scope?

Feels like most teams spend a lot of time on work that never had a real chance.

For us, it keeps coming back to not pressure-testing things early enough before going deep.

I’ve been working on the marketing side of a PTW tool that’s been helpful for running quick what-if scenarios around pricing and staffing. Before committing a ton of time, there’s a free version here if anyone wants to try it.

What’s been the biggest time drain for your team?
