i have a i7 4790k stock clocks coz mobo doesn't support OC and 16gb ram 1600mhz 144hz 1080p Monitor

currently eyeing RTX 2060 or RTX 2060 Super on 2nd hand market(third world country)

wondering will it bottleneck and so what other GPU suggestions?

i ran it last time with a 1060 6GB finished RE9 with that and enjoyed it. but Nvidia killed driver support for 10 series so i want an upgrade, don't currently have funds for a full cpu mobo upgrade.
