Hello,

What is everyone’s opinion on this sub, and the attitude shown toward people looking to transition over to supply chain. I see a ton of negative comments on posts and I’m curious if this is the general sentiment.

I only have ~5 YOE in SC with an unrelated BS and have been able to secure interviews when I needed to in the past. I think the odds are low that “we are full” and there is always opportunity for those that will put in the work.

You can go on LinkedIn and see college graduates securing internships and entry jobs every day. I think the competitiveness toward supply chain jobs is partially just the macro job market at play along with recent exposure. If people want to move industry’s, may the best man win.
