How are we still to this day having issues with matchmaking being completely broken? This game has the worst matchmaking I have ever seen in a game and we are in 2026!!!!

I was good on 50mg and then I was put on to 70mg and started to feel wired and had a slight euphoric feeling, after I started getting this feeling I am now chasing for that feeling and the other day I done about 100mg! I have now told my partner about me abusing my tablets and she will now be giving me 40mg and hiding them from me! Sounds stupid writing this but it has got to the point where it is now bothering me and I have now ruined it for myself.
