I think there is a way to get an epic decor upgrade shard, like this one below, but epic.

I visited all stores but can't find one. Maybe, I have been daydreaming...

Can anyone tell if you can get one from a shop and if so, where is it !

Edit : there is one in the Food Festival Store, but I would rather just buy an epic decoration !
