Hi everyone,
I have endoscopy-confirmed H. pylori-negative erosive antral gastritis and duodenitis. I’m currently being treated with esomeprazole, but I’ve been reading about treatments used in some countries, especially:
- PCABs such as fexuprazan, tegoprazan, or vonoprazan
- Rebamipide/Mucosta as a mucosal protective agent
I’m not asking where to buy these and I’m not asking for medical advice. I’m only curious about personal experiences from people who were prescribed a PCAB + rebamipide or a similar mucosal-protective treatment.
For those who tried it:
- What diagnosis did you have?
- Which medication combination were you prescribed?
- How long did it take before symptoms improved?
- Did you have any side effects?
- Did you have follow-up endoscopy showing healing?
Again, I’m not looking for sources or advice on what to take. I’m just trying to learn from other people’s experiences with these treatments.
Thank you.
