Hi everyone,

I have endoscopy-confirmed H. pylori-negative erosive antral gastritis and duodenitis. I’m currently being treated with esomeprazole, but I’ve been reading about treatments used in some countries, especially:

  • PCABs such as fexuprazan, tegoprazan, or vonoprazan
  • Rebamipide/Mucosta as a mucosal protective agent

I’m not asking where to buy these and I’m not asking for medical advice. I’m only curious about personal experiences from people who were prescribed a PCAB + rebamipide or a similar mucosal-protective treatment.

For those who tried it:

  1. What diagnosis did you have?
  2. Which medication combination were you prescribed?
  3. How long did it take before symptoms improved?
  4. Did you have any side effects?
  5. Did you have follow-up endoscopy showing healing?

Again, I’m not looking for sources or advice on what to take. I’m just trying to learn from other people’s experiences with these treatments.

Thank you.
