Hi everyone,

I booked a flight from Cairo to Athens through Kiwi, but the contact details on the booking (email and phone number) are incorrect. Because of that, I can’t add the flight to the airline’s mobile app.

When I try to update my contact info through the website, it forces me to fill in fields like “frequent flyer program,” “frequent flyer number,” and “business on board number,” which I don’t have and they’re marked as required.

Has anyone run into this before? How can I update my contact details or access my booking without having those programs/numbers?
