Hi all. Please no hate, I already know it's bad, and I should quit, etc. I really just want some clarity. I'm 29. I got all of my wisdom teeth out plus 2 extractions on impacted teeth and an implant put in on one of them, and haven't vaped at all during recovery at all. I've been taking my medications, eating soft foods, brushing my teeth gently, and rinsing with the rinse they gave as well as salt water rinses. I'm on day 5, I feel really good, like I don't need to take the painkillers anymore, and feel mostly normal. I was told not to vape for 72 hours and perferably a week-2 weeks after, but I can't help it. I'm a fiend for my Lost Mary disposable vape. I'm really worried about dry socket or causing an infection, but I vaped this morning, lightly with my mouth open, and immediately rinsed with saltwater. I keep researching online and some people vape immediately after surgery and are fine and some say to wait up to 2 months for everything to be healed fully. I don't know what to do, and like I said, I am a fiend. I really want my vape lol. If any of you have had any similar experiences, could you please share? Am I okay to vape every once in awhile if I do it lightly and rinse after? Thank you so much..
