Basically what it says in the title.

It doesn’t make sense to have teams claim a larger city that’s an hour away if they aren’t willing to actually play there.

So all sports team should be required to

1. Be located within the city limits of whatever city they are named after.

Or 2. Build a new stadium within the city limits.

3. Change the name to match their current city. (Ex. The Dallas cowboys become the Arlington Cowboys or the New York Giants become the East Rutherford Giants).
