Hi everyone,

I’m doing MBA from a local college and I’m confused about choosing between HR and Marketing.

I’m okay with HR work, but I’m more interested in creative things like digital marketing and advertising. The problem is I don’t like sales or convincing people.

I also want to stay in my city, where marketing opportunities are limited, and I’ve heard freshers in marketing often start with sales roles.

At the same time, I’m worried that if I choose HR, I might not get to use my creativity.

So what would be the better choice in my situation?

HR for stability + learning digital marketing on the side, or Marketing despite the risk?

Would really appreciate honest advice.
