I wonder how does moms manage work from office postpartum if they have no one to support at home 🥺 does offices in India support women? Coz mine does not clearly. I requested the company for wfh and they rejected my plea saying my role requires my presence at office when clearly I’m a content writer and I can do my job remotely. I feel helpless. I have to resign now. They are not even giving me hybrid option. My office is 7 hr away from my place and i will have relocate to do this job. I have been working here for the past four years and i feel its unfair. They do this to every one who rejoins after maternity leaves, eventually they end up resigning the job. I feel so powerless, we need 2 incomes to pay all the loans and for the rent. Will i be able to find another remote job?? I dont know😞

(My LO has bottle aversion and he is ebf so I cannot hire help.)

Note: Posting this everywhere I go, going through sh*t wanna vent and find people who went through the same. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel?
