I don’t quite understand how there are zero good restaurants or bars on the north side of town. It’s all just chains, fast food, and depressing video poker bars. Why is this? Has there ever been any decent spots that closed down? I have only been here 2.5 years. It sucks living here in your early 30s. Especially if you’re single. I’m tempted to open something up myself but I don’t think it’ll happen. They really should have put a walkable area somewhere off Craig. NLV could have been so much better if it was planned better. Hopefully the new area east of Alliante will actually be decent and walkable. That’s the plan anyways.
