throwaway account for obvious reasons

so 2 years back i talked to a minor while i was also under 18 for context 17 and 15 when i was in a state of stress and unrest the conversation soon took sexual undertones but i stopped when it was clear the other person was uncomfortable

now today i realized what i did was fucked up and reread the chat but i am not fully aware of the motivation behind texting the person and whether or not i knew she was underage and neglected the fact

i need advice on how to proceed even though the scenariow as technically legal i still find it morally disturbing tht i threw away my values without any valid intention
