Really need a honest opinion or advice

I completed my 10th in 2023 ICSE Board scored 79.4%

Completed my 12th in 2025 CBSE Board scored 74.6%

Took a drop to prepare for neet 2026 ,not scoring good

I want to switch career and pursue bba then mba

But as I mentioned I haven't scored good marks in boards and many top colleges require a very good score in boards

I just wanted to ask that if I graduate bba with good cgpa , and get a decent score in CAT

Will I be able to get tier 1 colleges. Will there be many difficulties ?
