Sleep paralysis
Hello Reddit the other day during my sleep I heard loud knocking on my door like it was an emergency or something,I was so DEEP In my sleep i didn’t know if it was a dream or real life and I also could not open my eyes at all,I did not care who it was or what was it about.I’ve been kind of paranoid on someone breaking in my apartment since they tried stealing my car the other day so in my head I was like “they can break in,IM NOT WAKING UP RIGHT NOW” when I woke up I checked my ring camera and it was nothing but the fact that I did not want to wake up to “save my life” is kind of scary thinking about it. Could it be that i was experiencing sleep paralysis or do I just not love myself enough to rescue me if that makes sense.Has something like this happened to yall before ?
