641 days drug and alcohol free, but obsessing over gambling lately. If I only…anyone have this experience?

I’ve talked to my AA sponsor about this. During Covid got my account up to 8btc ($50,000) lost that all plus another 2btc at the time. Close to 1 million today, was maybe $30,000 of my own then give or take. Was using then. Recently downloaded and used Kalshi, made some bets and deleted. I know it’s the same obsession I had for booze in gambling. Thoughts ?
I might be checking out an online GA meeting as I love AA.

I have always been a terrible sleeper. For awhile there I was using my Bose quiet comfort buds (best noise cancelling), Apple AirPods 4 (next), then a $50 amazing pair of buds. These soundcore are amazing. I had 30% battery left after 7-8 hours. I run Spotify aloha waves track, then it switches off Bluetooth to white noise. I run two fans in my room (humid south Maui). I can hear then, but it’s enough blocking to quiet enough. I take AGZ every night for about a month now, I swear by it. I also haven’t had a drink of alcohol in 631 days. I’ve rolled on my side without issues or ear pain, and I love the gentle alarm wake up. This is a 3 days review but so far I’m beyond impressed. The Amazon ones were actually pretty solid offering, but they would be out of my ears every morning. I got them for $160 plus shipping which to me was a lot, but they have just added to my success. My scores were usually 60, 4-5hr maybe. I think there are some life changes I made (alcohol free, 50lb weight loss, gym morning, etc) but this is a massive addition. Taking agz, laying down an hour later, and now I have sleep tracks and a sleep track for if and when I wake up middle of the night. Honest review hope it helps! The app is solid I still have more to explore but I have my own sleep track which is great. Aloha friends !
