Hey there Reddit, I just got this Zgrill smoker and attempted to start it up but the auger wouldn’t turn. I took it apart and started it up to see if the fan was going, and sure enough with the case off the auger started turning. Then as soon as I put it back together and fired it back up, the auger won’t turn again.
