Am I losing to quickly? 5’2 SW: 128lbs CW 118
I’ve lost around 5kg since April 1st, I started at 58.2 now im 53.4kg. I’m averaging around 1600 calories a day. I understand at the start of weight loss you lose a lot of water weight, however the last couple of weeks I’m losing 1.8lbs weekly, I feel as if this is too much?
Also from my calculations this shows that my maintenance is around 2400 calories, is that right?
I strength train 4x a week, 60 mins on the stairmaster weekly, and I’m averaging around 12000 steps a day.
