Hey, so if someone intends to purchase LDA flat (through lda portal lottery) assuming that one has won the lottery, how is the EMI thing calculated? What rates and time period apply? Is this emi paid to a specific bank or one pays emi on lda portal every month? What about down payments? What % of down payment one can make.
