Hi everyone!
I am looking for some advice on what team to join. I am a 38 year old mother of three, and I’m about 3 months postpartum. I worked out very consistently (peloton and light weightlifting) up until I gave birth.
I started running again 6 weeks ago and recently started to get back into lifting. I’ve lost most of the baby weight but I’m struggling with the last 10 pounds.
That being said, what program would you recommend for weight loss and muscle toning (emphasis on core strength).
