Hi everyone,
I’ve been playing Counter-Strike for many years. My Steam account is around 12 years old and my FACEIT account is about 10 years old.
A few days ago, on May 6, I received a smurfing ban on my only FACEIT account, which confused me because I do not own or play on any alternate accounts.

I already contacted support and explained the situation, but I still don’t understand what triggered the ban.
I’m mainly posting here to ask if anyone else experienced a similar issue recently and whether there’s anything else I can do.
