Hey folks, don't suppose anyone has an explanation for this? We installed these potlights about 4 years ago and a few months back this fellas started strobing.

The strobing only happens when we first turn the lights on after being off for a few hours, and goes away when the lights are dimmed to about 25%. If I leave it strobing like this for a few minutes it will eventually settle. Yesterday one of the other lights started behaving similarly.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
