Hey all, unfortunately I neglected to manage him well and now he's sprouted everywhere. Is there a way I can remove the 3 sprouts either side to be re-potted as the newer growth are much cleaner but want to ensure they survive as well as the easiest way to pot them? Sticks needed or is there a way I can stop them being top heavy.

Also anyone know whats his name? Bought him in IKEA when he was a tiny baby and lost the details of type.
