Has anyone ever heard of a capsaicin allergy?

I never liked spice when I was a kid because I always noted that it burned. People told me that they liked the burn and that’s why spicy food was so popular. But for me eating spicy food closes my throat up a just recently has it started to.. cause corrosion to my back molar gums (the same place where your wisdom teeth are) that last a while
