Hello guys,

Im moving to dallas to live there for a year Iam 25. I will be working at a company located near the university of Dallas at Texas
I'm here because i need some recommandation on where to live. From what i see traffic is a big issue here so peopel recommand to live not far away from work.
But coming from a big city in Europe i really would like to live in a walkable area which is not dead, has shops, restaurants,bars...
My salary will be around 5K dollars ( no taxes because its a VIE contract)
