Is this a good list for both offence and defense?

What is useful, worth the points for outcome?

What is not useful? Any better replacements?

This is the extra deep strike detachment. ICC + Jud , ICC+Jud and Dreadnought get that.

First time using the Lt with combi. Any good uses for him? Hold home? Run in shoot run away?

Did I cover most bases?

What are all y'all opinions on the librarians? I think I've stumbled on some good combos.
