I purchased a left over old stock m1 MacBook Pro from eBay. It is definitely new and only has 2 cycles, but the battery is stuck at 1% and the Mac says service reccomended. The computer will only turn on if it is plugged in. It says the battery is charging. It’s been on the charger for almost 20 hours and nothing has changed. What can I do before contacting the seller? If heard the batteries lock themselves out if they go below a certain voltage, is there a way to unlock it? Thanks

Edit: Advanced battery app shows battery at 0 mah charged, not charging at all, 98% battery capacity
