For background, I’ve had epilepsy my whole life and I was hospitalized in December 2025 for seizures and I experienced tachycardia on and off since then, but mostly when I’m active and doing stuff and standing. Last night I thought I was going to have a seizure because my heart kept racing as I was trying to go to sleep then my legs went stiff but the seizure never came.
