Hi guys!

I think I’ve got a real nice copy on my hands. Slight staining around the bottom rim of the cover, spine is in good nick, a few spine ticks but they don’t look colour breaking. Front top right has a slight rip. Back cover is clean. There’s a slight spine roll as well.

Is a 6.0+ after clean and press an overshoot? Cheers!!

Love me some silver age Fantastic Four, in fact I love the IP in general. Really enjoying the precious volume of Ryan North’s FF.

I’m so damn privileged to have these books it’s crazy, can’t ever post without thanking and sending love to my late Grandad.

As mentioned in my previous posts, I never had the opportunity to speak about his collection to him. But I had the idea of texting his older sister and seeing if she has any anecdotes about his comics and collecting from back in the early 60s. My fingers are firmly crossed!

Just looking through comic listings on marketplace as myself and many of us do. Saw this in my local area. Two great books in their own right, I would probably go for #12 if it was a book that actually presented like a 5.0.

Most of us in this subreddit are not professional graders of course but the defects in that supposed 5.0 can be seen from space. Am I mis-informed and PGX uses a different grading scale or something?

Cheers

I already know this is gonna sound so pathetic, of all the things in the world to worry about! Anyway, inherently if you have the new printing of Vol 1 Lee and Kirby's FF run its hard to keep your collection uniform because of the change in spine. I want to get Vol 2 of the omni but am trying to scourer the internet for an edition that has the updated spine, why are they absolutely non-existent? or like double+ the price of the old edition!!

Can anyone provide any help? Or tips or anything...?

Cheers!
