Does anyone recognize this?
Hi! I’m not even sure if this is acne at this point. I’ve used Differin, I’ve been on accutane, I’ve tried azelaic acid, BHAs, mandelic acid, nizoral shampoo, and so much more. I truly feel like I’ve tried every all the typical “acne” treatments and wasted so much money/time but my skin always gets more irritated, red, flushed, and I get more breakouts, even if I only use actives like once a week! My skin just looks and feels SO CONGESTED. I’m so lost with what to do at this point, I’m desperate
The 1st photo is on my forehead. The 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th photos are my chin, mouth area, and cheeks. and the 3rd photo is on my temple area.
