I have a new Konnected Joe, I did the first run last night, and left it closed both bottom and top vents, this morning it was sitting at roughly 200F and there were embers still. Reading online I read that it could be that the main seal is still adjusting. I did a smoke test, I put some maple in it and it lit up, with all closed I can see smoke coming from the top vent. But not on the seal against the ceramic, rather from the top of the iron stack. Where the very top piece (the one that rotates for the vents, rests.

I also saw some very thin wisps from the seal, tiny ones

Is this normal for a new Kamado, or should I get in touch with support?
