I just started working at wonderland a few days ago. I was trained to be a sales associate and merch associate but they have me working at fast lane. For the past 4 days I have worked there it has been dreadful honestly since they kinda throw you in the fire when you get there I been having to learn all types of stuff on the spot which led to me making a ton mistakes. Almost all my employees are rehires so they know all the protocols and types of questions guests will ask while I constantly have to ask a supervisor or one of them to help. I feel so annoying and it’s wasting at me bad. I got transferred to work at the Canadas wonderland store for a bit and I was great over there and liked it so much more. You think I could get them to have me working there full time as a merch associate?
