My mom forgot the password to her Mac and I’ve tried all options to reset it. My last resort has been to erase and reinstall. However, I’m getting the message “select the disk you want to install OS X” and it’s blank. I’ve read other subs to go to disk utility but not finding my exact use case (see photo). Does anyone know what I should do next?
