Large, bright room in prime East Williamsburg, available in a 2BR/1BA apartment just a 9‑minute walk from the Graham Avenue L station. The building is directly across the street from a full grocery store and there’s a laundromat next door, so errands are quick and easy.

I’m a 31‑year‑old Christian male who works hybrid in Brooklyn and is upstate about once a week. I lift or run 5–6 times a week, still enjoy hanging out and going out with friends, and I’m also at church most Sundays. Cleanliness is critical to me—I’m looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and keeps things tidy.
