Hey im 34 m I have been in the towing game for 13 years and i kinda feel like im not getting further with my job ..

So story time I started back 13 years ago started by doing release cars/unlock/boost/tires service truck for 2 years slowly moved to running wrecker for 3 years my pay hasnt grown much with the job so I got my air and started running rollback been in it for 8 years and basically I am the head driver for the rollback and shop trucks but my pay is 18xx salary by weekly but when im over 80 hrs a week work 29 on 2 off and my pay hasnt gone up in 4 years and now I have talked to guys in saskatoon north battleford and there making almost triple what I am making with less responsibilities. I am glad to be doing this job in it for the challenge and the people..

Im just in the pool of do I jump n find snnother company to work for or do I stay i have been on the fence about it for a few weeks now.. whats your opion should I jump make a few calls or stay where I am and deal with the loss...
