New to this coffee world.

I am trying to learn everyday abot coffee and I am curious about your opinion on this shot.

0 on water hardness option due to the fact that water is already filtered.

Speciality coffee - Nicaragua Central America sca 84.5. Not knowing the roasted date because it s missing on the back.

2 grind scale - after 4 5 bad attempts.
