Hey just wondering if anyone else has been going through this whole process with slayyyter customer services where their signed vinyl came without an insert? I ordered the signed red vinyl when it first dropped and received it at the end of March and it came with no insert at all. I have been going back and forth with customer support since then and finally received confirmation that there was nothing they could do but issue a refund and I can keep the product. They said “due to an inventory error, the exclusive signed insert was oversold and will not be restocked.” I asked if I could just get the insert without a signature just cause I want the full thing and they said “I checked with our fulfillment team, and unfortunately, we do not have any more inserts at all for the vinyl—signed or unsigned.” Looking for any other options (would buy the insert off anyone willing to part with theirs) or if anyone else had a similar issue. #megauberbummerkms
