I genuinely don’t understand why normal teenage relationships are treated so dramatically here. In many schools/families, even talking to the opposite gender too much becomes a huge issue. Some parents act like dating automatically ruins studies or life.
At the same time, everyone suddenly expects people to become emotionally mature adults later without ever learning how relationships work.
Do you think Kerala is too strict about teen dating, or are parents/schools justified?
