This is the CTC distribution mentioned in the offer letter I received from TCS for the digital role. What will be the actual amount per month that will be credited to my bank account based on this distribution. And what will be the amount when there is no project available, or simply during the bench period?
I have received an offer letter from TCS for the Digital role as a fresher from the B.Tech 2026 batch, but I have not received the joining letter yet and I am unsure about the joining date.
Can I join another company for the time being and later move to TCS once I receive the joining letter? Will this cause any issue in TCS joining, background verification, or documentation?
If anyone has proper information or has gone through a similar situation, please guide me.
I received my TCS Digital offer letter in March 2026. Some of my batchmates received their offer letters earlier and got a mail for the IPA exam held on 14th April.
However, I did not receive any IPA-related mail from TCS, even though I had received my offer letter before the exam date. Due to this, I was not aware of the exam details and could not appear for the IPA.
Also, I have not completed anything on TCS Xplore yet. Can this create any issue or obstruction in receiving the joining letter or during the joining process?
Has anyone faced a similar situation? When can I expect the joining letter for the TCS Digital role?
