Hi folks. I think I need about 1.25mg per week to maintain. Without mounjaro I'm gaining.

Does anyone gave any recommendations for a provider that will prescribe this off label please? Also evidently a 2.5mg pen would last 2 months, so how do people get around this? Cost is a factor so I don't want to be throwing half a pen away each month.
