so i have a photo and i want to add a person to it. like apple was not able to recogonize that there is a person so how do i tell it that this is a person and their name is ____.

i tried on my macbook and iphone. on my mac, i was able to click the "+" to add a name but it doesnt let me move the circle so it stays in the center of the pic, which i dont want. idk how to even add on the phone
