Hi all, I have had costo for about a week after a trip to the ER and PCP, I was told I was having musculoskeletal problems but was totally fine. I have been having the classic pain near the sternum and weakness feeling. I just started learning about this whole process and just bought a backpod to start using.

However, one thing I haven’t seen anyone write about is shakiness. Sometimes, I will feel like a shakiness and weakness from my chest. Like I woke up this morning and felt very shaky. It’s such a bad feeling bc you just feel like you are so sick or ill. But I know I am not having any cardiac symptoms.

Has anyone experienced this before? Does this seem like it could be a part of costo as well? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
