I’ve been trying to refund my flex bus hotel for like over a month now they told me that I’m entitled to a refund and I’ve been trying to go for it five times now it’s five refund forms but every time I submit I never get a reply back but I called customer support and they tell me that you have been emailed. Please reply to your email and when I open my email there’s nothing there. Absolutely nothing. I’ve tried from multiple different accounts and email providers just never anything there and every time I call them they’re like oh pleasepatiently wait and nothing ever happens

I don’t know what to do and I need my money back
