Are there any such thing as color grading residencies or programs of any sort anywhere?
I applied to one last year here in LA and NY (for doc producing, sound, and color) only to make it to interviews and then them explaining to me at the end on a video chat they ended up not being able to even source enough colorists for the program to work under for.

Although i’ve been freelancing and getting decent work (if not always consistent), it would be so fun to learn more and do some sort of program. Sadly, I don’t think those exist anymore given the state of post houses lately.
