I'm looking for some help please.

So I recently switched to a pixel watch 4 and I want to add the calendar and specifically the upcoming event to the watch as a complication. Since I'm using personal and work profiles I would like to ensure that the work calendar shows up in the complication but I cannot find this option. The watch is paired with a pixel fold 10.

Am I missing something obvious?
