I remember seeing this old music video animation about a zombie girl with a guy, they started at the park and then went to a house, where the girl eats the guy's ear, after that, some trick or treaters walk up to the house and knock on it, the girl and guy answer and the kids think they have a "cool costume" due to the blood, after the kids leave, the girl eats the guy.

It was a love rap song with decent animation, the closest thing I found was Zombie Love Song by YFM but it isn't quite that, and I kinda remember it was more dark humor, I saw it in a shopping mall.
