Since Gojo's infinity is literal Infinite Space doesn't this make him immune to Radiation too

Radiation can only affect the range the energy travels in that medium of space

Also Gojo can sub consciously choose what to stop and what to not

He can repel poison which he determines with its Chemical constituency. Pretty sure Radiation can be repelled too
