The leaves of my spider plant/Grünlilie are turning brown. Please help
I got these plants last summer/autumn, they were small and I repotted them as soon as they outgrew their first pots, they grew pretty fast and were doing great at first. I kept them on the windowsill in my bedroom(east facing window) during winter but placed them on the floor in spring because the sun was shining on them for almost the whole day which they didn’t seem to like. They started to turn brown a few months ago, at first only a little but now every leaf has a brown tip. I water them about one a week and they’re planted in soil (picture included but I think it’s soil for vegetables?🙂↕️).
I know they need bigger pots, how large do I need to go? Is the empty one I put beside it big enough for now?
I’d appreciate any tips on what soil to use, where to place them and how to best care for them!
